Must know as ministers !!

Hey it’s been long 

This isn’t really a write up just something I said let me put out there. 

For all ministers to hear and read.

So I got a word today while praying 

It’s about ministrations and all

Got bible verses  personal ones for me 

But the one I felt I should share 

Was 

That we ministers should not be more concentrated on the “why”

But the “what”

It sounds  vague and all 

But it means like 

Ministers 

The why the person came to watch or the why the person decided to pay attention or why the person listened or why the person joined or why the person came 

They are important but our main priority should be 

What keeps the person listening, or keeps the person in the unit, or what makes the person to keep paying attention etc 

The person can have a negative why buy out aim should be to modify the why to become positive or become more intentional 

Example 

Someone can come for any of the concert or program this weekend 

Because they forced the person, the person saw the fliers and it looked interesting or because of one fine girl or one fine boy. Or the person joined the unit because the dance was good or the song choir sang was sweet 

But we should be more intentional on changing that “why”

So what keeps the person there won’t be that “why”

But a better one or positive one 

Like wow I joined because of this girl and now I had an encounter 

Or I kept listening to the minister sing and there was this power 

Or I came to this programme and just the prayer or song that was raised is now “what” makes me to keep attending 

Or keep me there and etc 

Yhhhhh

That’s what I got as I was praying tonight
